Reservations & Bookings

Book your place on the various events here.

Most of the activities around the Gleson Clan Gathering are FREE but ALL must be reserved in advance so that numbers can be anticipated. If some of the tours fill up quickly, additional tours may be arranged (but only if there is sufficient demand). So be sure to put your name down as soon as you know for sure that you will be attending. We need to get accurate numbers of those attending as soon as possible.

Please email the following information to gleesonclan2016@gmail.com:
Your name (& the names of others attending with you)
Your email address
Your mobile telephone number
Your postal address
The events you would like us to reserve a place for you (use the event codes at the start of each event e.g. A1, C5, etc)

Pay-in-Advance for the Lectures

The Scout's Hall has a limited capacity so if you wish to attend the Friday or Saturday lectures, please pay in advance. Simply send an email to gleesonclan2016@gmail.com telling us if you will be attending the Friday or Saturday lectures, or both, and we will send you an invoice with a special PayPal link for you to pay. You don't need to be a PayPal member to use this.

Please note that there is a small transaction fee of about 1.5 euro but this is a lot cheaper than an international bank transfer. (People can also pay at the door but early booking via PayPal is encouraged to ensure that your place is reserved for you).

Also, people who book in advance will be guaranteed of getting the Gleeson Clan Gathering Conference Pack (i.e. GCG Conference bag containing GCG badge, lanyard, GCG pen, & GCG Programme). There are only a limited number of these Conference Packs and these may run out if there are more people attending on the day than we anticipate.
